Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. Start the trial with your email, or download it and run the trial on your computer.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, any time. Cloud plans are month to month; up to 24 months of Cloud Pro payments count toward the one-time license if you move to your own computer.
What does the one-time license include?+
The version you buy works forever on one shop computer, with unlimited staff and devices in the shop. The first year of updates and support is included; after that, updates are $600 a year and optional.
Are there setup fees?+
No. If you want us to import your data and set you up, that's $499 once.
How do I pay?+
We'll send you an invoice each month (or once, for the license), with how to pay on it.
